@heishi1984 I dont know if youre into jap movies but you could try Aoi haru (blue spring). its also about a group of friend and their choices (I highly recommend it!) and if u like it u can also watch 9 souls.

- Crying Fist(2005) is an epic movie as well and easily amongst my favorites in Foreign Flims. – Also, Breathless(2009) by Yang Ik-Joon is excellent but it is too raw in showing the harsh realities of life, in short it’s not for weak-minded people and is serious cinema. – Lastly, The Man From Nowhere(2010) starring Won Bin is easily one of the greatest films ever made so do watch it some time. heishi1984 I hope this small list helped. A Bittersweet Life(2005) is not only amongst the best Korean but it’s one of the best movies ever made!
– Recently, I discovered another movie made by the same Director who directed this movie Friend(Chin-gu), it’s called A Love (사랑 – Sarang); it reminds a little of A.B.L. I found it to be a heartbreaking but truly fantastic film.

@LarkaBelaqua the problem is really caused by people afraid to love. or to try to love. True love ought to be unconditional. You love someone regardless of what they do to you. But the problem is people think love means something else apparently. It is more that person refusing to return your love thinks love is a 4-letter word.

One of the most beautiful love songs (or love song of rejection, maybe) i have ever heard. A real triumph for Cake this tune. Always love their music. When i first heard it it blew me away. I only bought Nuggett because of ‘The Distance’, but they became one of my favourite bands. Long live Cake. I think i will have my Cake and eat it.
